Approval steps, trusted information and sensible boundaries are included wherever judgement or customer impact matters.

We test the workflow, correct obvious issues and refine the experience within the agreed scope.
Success measures
We agree what useful improvement looks like, such as fewer manual steps, faster responses or less repetitive work.
Demo and recommendation
You receive a walkthrough of what was built and a clear recommendation to scale, change or stop.

Designed to stay deliverable
The pilot is intentionally constrained so it can be delivered properly and evaluated quickly. Scope, data sources, integrations and success measures are agreed before the build starts.
What is not included
A pilot does not include unlimited revisions, large-scale data migration, enterprise architecture, complex custom software, full production hardening or multi-department rollout unless specifically scoped as a custom implementation.
